5 of 5 Great Experience with Splicit Blocks November 10, 2022
Reviewer: Larry Toy from California
My experience is the opposite of the previous reviewer. I have used the Splicit Aluminum Blocks for years and found that the 1/4" tape fits exactly correctly.  I only use modern tape, the RTM series SM468, SM911, SM900, LPR35, LPR90, Capture 914, Capture 930, and rarely ATR Master.  I use both their block and splicing tape.  I've done many hundreds, probably thousands of splices.  I don't understand the difference in the results.

1 of 5 Disappointing October 9, 2022
Reviewer: Robert Bertrando from Reno, NV United States
I have now tried this with several different tape brands and formulations.  It will not hold 1/4" tape in place, apparently the grooves are some miniscule fraction of an inch too wide apart.
