After making my purchase I noticed that I had made a typo in my shipping address, I contacted their support email and I got a prompt response and a solution to my problem with absolutely 0 delays.
I had this shipped to Mexico and it all went smoothly absolutely no complaints!
The stuff in this kit is of great quality, very sturdy and well made, the pack includes everything you will need to make your very first splice.
Cannot recommend this enough and as soon as I am out of the splicing tape included in this tape I will be coming back for more!
